Wanted to spend as little time as possible in the room. Positive: Location was amazing and the room was spacious. Negative: There is an area to the right of the reception where an old shopping trolley is and some old brooms are dumped - this is your welcome. Mold in bathrooms, paint peeling in bathroom. Gardens uncared for. Cheap outdoor furniture chained to the ground. Advertised as lake view - my view was a block wall - room 205. Felt like staying in the ghetto.

Good accommodation in a great location, not super cheap but normal for queenstown. Positive: Central location, can walk to anywhere in the town centre. Opposite the lake, very picturesque. Negative: It's fine, it's not super cheap but nothing in Queenstown is.

We enjoyed our stay. Positive: The location was perfect. Very central and could walk everywhere we wanted to be. The bed was comfortable and the heating worked very well. Negative: The bathroom had mould. The dryer was very old and needs updating.

Positive: I braced myself after reading a number of negative reviews but we thought our room was great and very comfortable. The bed was comfy, the couch was comfy, the kitchen had the necessities, the bathroom was clean with good water pressure. We loved the location, parking was easy. We were quite pleased with the place. Negative: Nothing to complain about.
